 I. Approval of Agenda Notes: Notes of May 18, 2010 were approved with a clarification that Bradley Creamer may fill the vacant classified position or be a representative of ACE, and the agenda for May 25, 2010 was approved with the following changes: (1) Add Annual SLO Updates—Anu Khanna, and (2) postpone Budget Update—Letha Jeanpierre until June 8.

II. Annual SLO Updates:  In order to complete the Annual Program Review Update Form-Spring 2010 under Section III, SLO Information; Courses in Program (Percent); Total courses offered 2010 to Spring 2011, A. Khanna stated that there would be a delay in getting the “snap-shot” statistics for Spring 2010 to the instruction deans—hopefully, available the first week in June. Course lists to be made available for Winter, 2010, Spring, 2010, Summer, 2010, and Fall, 2010 were described—problem being that all courses are not offered every quarter.

III. Program Review Process (finalized?): C. Lee-Klawender displayed the document titled, Program Review Process DRAFT D, 2010, and again, engaged in a discussion to fine-tune this application. Duties assigned during the various quarters were clarified and other updates were noted. It was stated that this document will be used for IPBT and Accreditation purposes—and contributing to the Self-Study. Problems with the time line were voiced—conditions being dependant upon the demands of the state budget. This document will be given to the program review writers—to be used as a guide—as their program “updates” are implemented.

IV. Program Review Rubric: A discussion ensued regarding the use of this instrument, and the IPBT group decided that a rubric to rate a program review update was not necessary.

V. Budget Update: This topic will be on the agenda for June 10.

VI. Good of the Order: None
