The notes of May 26, 2015 were approved.
Comprehensive Program Review Rubric Presentation:
Lee-Wheat presented a draft of the suggested Comprehensive Program Review revisions. She asked the members to review the document and give feedback.
The document includes:
Section I – AS, CTE and Instructional Programs (Programs description)
Section II – Enrollment trend
Section III – Equity (student data)
Section IV – Assessment Cycle (SLO, PLO)
Section V – Resource requests
A discussion followed regarding:
I.A.2 – Mission Statement - to take out “What are your Program Learning Outcomes?”
I.C.1 – CTE Programs: Impact of External Trends – Outdated data
I.E.1 – Full time faculty FTEF – replace FTEF to Full time faculty number
I.E.1 and I.E.3 – Combine together? Have in the same box?
I.E.4 – Staff Employees – change to Classified Professionals
II.C.4 – Changes imposed by internal/external regulations – External Regulations impact?
Class fill rates need to be looked at - show the demand seats waitlist

Instructional Equipment Requests:
Espinosa-Pieb presented the master list of Instructional Equipment Requests submitted by the deans. She advised the members to review divisions’ justification on the IPBT website. http://www.deanza.edu/gov/IPBT/instructionalbudget.html
Instructional Position Requests:
A second document Instructional Position (Classified/Management) Requests was distributed to the group. Espinosa-Pieb asked the IPB Team to read divisions’ narratives (http://www.deanza.edu/gov/IPBT/instructionalbudget.html) paying attention to if requested positions were stated in Program Reviews.
Espinosa-Pieb notified the members that she would confirm the deans that positions must be tied to the PR and prioritized.
