FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPMENT – GRADES 6-10 (398*)
is course will introduce students to three major web languages: HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It is designed to launch students on a path toward future studies in web development and design, no matter how little experience or technical knowledge they currently have. Students will design, build and publish their own websites. e class will also cover the basics of how the internet works and ways to surf the internet safely.
Instructor: Eya Badal is a longtime so ware engineer who is currently pursuing an advanced so ware engineering degree.
She has a knack for making di cult topics understandable.
Class Requirements: Tablet or laptop with a USB port to connect to the internet.

HINDI FOR BEGINNERS – GRADES 1-3, 4-6
AND 7-10 (399*)
is introductory course is designed for students with little or no previous knowledge of Hindi. e class will focus on the four essential language skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing – while using games, puzzles, ash cards and play. Students will gain an understanding of Hindi vowels, nouns, verbs, adjectives, everyday greetings and simple sentence formation. Students will demonstrate their learning in a nal showcase performance.
Instructor: Alka Gupta is an author and native Hindi speaker from Delhi, India. She has been teaching Hindi to students in the Bay Area for almost 15 years.
Cost: $149
