Approval of minutes 
The minutes from the January 23, 2023 meeting were discussed. It was noted that the addition of the Budget discussion was needed. The minutes will be revised and submitted for approval.

Classroom Guidelines discussion
Guest Sal Breiter, an instructor in Humanities, presented a draft proposal for guidelines to make classroom environments more inclusive and welcoming. The committee discussed the guidelines and decided to have a sub-committee examine the documents and report back to the Art on Campus committee. The subcommittee will consist of Sal Breiter, Sam Bliss, Tina Lockwood, and Jennifer Mahato.

Year of the Rabbit
Four De Anza students have submitted designs out of the eleven needed. There are no designs that reflect the desired DEI themes. Follow up with affinity and other groups will be done to solicit more De Anza artists. 

Pathways Village Follow Up
Julie Hughes provided an update on the Pathways Villages. The Village open ribbon-cutting and open house days occurred. Events featuring Japanese animator Myazaki will be held at the Artistic Expression village.

Project request form
The item was not addressed due to a lack of time. It will be brought back on the next agenda.
