    Approval of Notes for May 25, 2021: Notes approved as written.

    DASG Report: Grace reported that changes regarding institutional memory were made to Senate Bylaws and internal committees of DASG Senate. DASG reviewed District Energy Master Plan. Student feedback on the Resolution in Solidarity with Palestine was presented. This Wednesday’s official meeting will be replaced by student recognition gala. The final meeting of the year on June 9th will include affirmation of student representatives for 2021-22 IPBT.

    Hiring Position Prioritization –

    Discussion was resumed from the May 25 meeting on the process of ranking and confirming IPBT’s recommendation of two positions to be hired. The consensus was that the six positions from which to choose two from had characteristics that were comparable. Thus, the ranking would decide on the two positions with no further discussion or vote.

    The ranking was completed by the 26 (two IPBT members were absent) IPBT members present. The result was:
