Using the data from the Program Review data tool, Mallory prepared FTEF & FTES 2016-2019 document to assist IPBT members in their work. Mallory walked the group through the document and explained how data was calculated and asked the teams to let her know if they encounter any miscalculations.

The groups continued examining the 2018-19 program review documents posted for each department: https://www.deanza.edu/gov/ipbt/program_review_files.html Lorrie requested teams to keep track the department requests for FT faculty including counselors.

The goal is to identify programs’ strengths, develop questions, address the areas of improvement and track FT faculty requests.

Lorrie confirmed that the team would be working on the Program Reviews for the next 3 to 4 weeks. A full session will be scheduled for next week with a debriefing at the end to determine where each team is at and deciding if the groups need more time.
