Program Review Data Sheets

Reviewed the different Program Review data sheets posted online[BROKEN LINK] and noted a couple duplicates and a couple areas that are missing:

  • Admissions & Records
  • Outreach & Relations w/Schools

Robles commented that we need a tool to track the data because it is very difficult to
get accurate data from Banner. The Recruiter module in DegreeWorks is going to be looked into further.

Accreditation Self-Study Report

SSPBT will be writing the Student Services portion of the Accreditation Self-Study
Report due in Fall 2017.

  • Napa is already on the new standard and would be a good reference on how
to complete the study this year.
  • A District Committee will create and conduct a student survey for both schools.
    • Further discussion will take place regarding a survey that includes
Admissions & Records and the Outreach area.
