Availability of Clery Act Annual Security Report
The Foothill-De Anza Community College District’s annual security report for 2023 has been posted online. More information about this report can be found on the district police website. You can obtain a printed copy by contacting Joe Mauss at maussjoe@fhda.edu or 650.949.7513.
The report is required by federal law and contains policy statements on safety, security and emergency preparedness, as well as the numbers of reported incidents and arrests for certain types of crimes on the district’s three campuses. This report is prepared in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Act, which requires colleges and universities to report campus crime statistics, support victims of violence and publicly outline the policies and procedures they have implemented to improve campus safety.
