Cal Grant Deadline Extended to May 2
Dear Student,
The Cal Grant application deadline has been extended to Thursday, May 2. That means there's still time to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADAA) to qualify for a Cal Grant for the 2024-25 academic year.
The deadline is being extended for this year only, because of changes in the FAFSA process.

The California Student Aid Commission is offering several online information sessions in coming weeks, including webinars on how to complete the FAFSA when a parent (or other contributor) doesn’t have a Social Security number.
