Applied Human Anatomy and Physiology: Levels of Organization

1.5 quarter units

Course Description: Survey of human anatomy and physiology with emphasis on homeostatic limits of the human body. Topics to be discussed include basic introduction & body organization, chemical basis of life, the cell, its metabolism, tissues and the skin.

Attention: Week 4's topic in the text is Cell Metabolism. There is no cell metabolism exercise in the lab workbook. Lab 8, 9, 10 involve tissues. I asked for lab 8 this week so you can space out these assignments. Please note that Lab 8 does not correlate to this weeks reading in the text.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Chapter 6 material will be covered on the final exam but not on the Chapter 5 Test.
