Master Plan Revision

In the Fall of 2003, President Miner began a discussion with College Council on revising the De Anza Master Plan for 2010. In the Winter 2004, she plans to expand the discussion to include the Curriculum Committee and Academic Senate as well as other campus groups. The goal is to complete the revision by the June 7, 2004 State of the College Report to the Board of Trustees.

The proposed strategic goals would focus on student learning competencies which would be further delineated by learning outcomes statements for each competency. These statements could then used as a guide for future curriculum revisions and for student services interventions. The link below includes sample statements:
