J2W Student Evaluations
We utilize CourseEvalHQ to administer official J2W student evaluations via Canvas. Online instructors can expect an email during the second week of the term (Fall, Winter and Spring) inviting them to sign up for a J2W evaluation for their online course(s). Like traditional J2 Evaluations, faculty must select a designee to appropriately distribute the results of the evaluation(s). Both instructors and designees will receive instructions and additional information during the term.

J1 Administrative & Peer Evaluations
Faculty or administrators who need access to a class Canvas site in order to perform a J1 administrative or peer evaluation should complete the online Canvas access request form at least a week before access is needed. Evaluators are added on Monday of the week of evaluation and removed the following Monday.
