Every year, Puente students from all over California gather for the Puente Motivational
Conference at a major university. They attend workshops and events designed to inspire
and inform them about higher education and Puente as a statewide phenomenon.
In addition, De Anza College Puente students visit several universities to get a feel for University of California campuses, Cal State Universities, and Private universities, as well as urban and rural settings
