Psychology Department Chair Mark Healy will discuss the next five years at De Anza College, arguing that DEI initiatives can only succeed with a foundation of modern leadership, advanced pedagogy, and program evaluation. By nurturing the college's consider experience and motivation, we can achieve critical equity goals as well as mitigate looming enrollment issues. Mark Healy has taught at De Anza since 2004, full-time since 2012. With a background in industrial and organizational psychology, Mark has worked with organizations since 1992, implementing hiring, training, and leadership development programs, and statistically analyzing employee discrimination, job attitudes, and hiring and assessment data.
