      4. President Holmes has tasked the committee with looking at indoor and outdoor spaces. He can fund museum employees and artists
    2. Student members
      1. Add student representatives
      2. How many? – Two at first. May want to add a third later.
      3. What experience or major is desirable? One should be a non-Art major while another is from Art or Photo.
      4. What recruiting process should we use? Ask DASG for generalist, ask Art and Photo instructors for candidates from among their majors.
      5. Can we have them in time for the second meeting in November?
        1. Set time. Current meeting is Monday at 9:00 a.m.
        2. See what student availability is. Afternoon may work in general.

          2. Consolidate textiles (quilts) in one area
        2. Come up with a budget

          2. There is a Museum Preparator TEA job description
        3. Make priority list of places to install new art
          1. Commission one piece of art
        4. One book, one college murals for Euphrat (1 permanent, others rotating)
        5. Have new public art class written (would appear in year 3)
        6. Clean existing art – solicit quotes
        7. Create web page – Sam will do with Brandon. Use this to create and display detailed art map (including areas targeted for new art)
        8. Create Mission Statement – Daniel will look for existing one.

        5. Determine scope and authority: do we want to be the gatekeeper for every concept? How do we coordinate with senior staff, Board of Trustees, chancellor, and presidents?
