   1. Art for Veteran's office outdoor area – Diana Argabrite
      1. Shared option of outdoor murals that would be semi-permanent
      2. 8x8 Versa Grip outdoor wall mural material is about $550 per display
      3. Background on Veteran’s Resource Center art was shared

4. Cleaning existing art
   1. Need to determine who can perform the work, and solicit quotes as needed
   2. Which pieces should be cleaned first?
      1. May want patina on the turtle, and clean up the pedestal
      2. Time Graffiti – lights need to have facilities check
      3. VPAC benches need maintenance
      4. A4 sculpture has rust
      5. Sculpture by parking structure needs cleaning or color
      6. Trinome will need to be moved when new construction starts-south of MLC?
      7. Move Moto’s kinetic sculpture
      8. Fountain in Admin building has its mold cleaned by janitorial
      9. Anything over $20K would need to have Purchasing do the quote

5. Priority list of places to install new art
   1. Move items from where they are now?
      1. Liberty (in Administration building)
      2. African (in Library)
   2. Move items and solicit new ones at the same time
   3. Money for TEAs can cover labor to move items
   4. Process: we are an advisory group. We need to decide who we are reporting to. We can draft similar language to that at deanza.edu/gov/ to delineate who we report to and so forth.

6. 1. Eugene Rodriguez will submit a course entitled Muralism in Winter – Julie will follow up
   2. Sculpture class would have to be separate
7. Work on other goals
   1. Refresh art in campus display cases in Campus Center, Library
   2. Add art in new areas – which areas?
   3. Commission one piece of art
   4. Create process for those who want to add art on campus
      1. Previous suggestion was to have Marisa’s office create a Google form online
8. Determining scope and authority
   1. 1. Do we want to be the gatekeeper for every concept? How do we coordinate with senior staff, Board of Trustees, Chancellor, and the college presidents?
