    1. Discuss proposed structure
      1. A web site was advocated for so that we can publish information and recruit volunteers. It provides structure.
      2. Worked on shared document
      3. Mission statement, activities,
        1. Meet once a month on fourth Monday (10:00am at present)
        2. Drafted mission statement
        3. Will finish online document before next meeting
      4. Use previous structure: report to Facilities committee
        1. Facilities committee can provide resources to act upon recommendations

      1. One Book, One Campus, One Community mural project – Diana Argabrite, Eugene Rodriguez, Bethany Forman
        1. Bethany has a team of Made a presentation explaining design and its concepts.
        2. Smaller wall next to Student Center preferred
        3. Shared outline design
        4. Who needs to give permission to paint wall? – Jennifer will put on the next Facilities meeting agenda, which is February 1.
        5. Funding source: Lloyd Holmes offering funding for the
          1. Will likely come out of the discretionary Nathaly will likely be contact.
          2. Eugene will receive funding and purchase
        6. Power washing of the wall is Jennifer will have answer at the February 1 Facilities meeting.

        1. Need to determine who can perform the work, and solicit quotes as needed
          1. This can include the Turtle, Two as One, Time Graffiti
            1. Diana will contact Time Graffiti artist about how to clean the work.
          2. Should this include VPAC benches, sculpture by parking structure?
            1. Diana will inspect Wood ones need varnish.
        2. Alyssa VanZandt advised that a power wash would clean the items with rust and other discoloration.
          1. Can Alyssa Van Zandt do the power washing? It’s not in her job description, which is focused on supporting Would have to offer overtime.
      5. New public art courses - Julie Hughes
        1. Muralism (Eugene Rodriguez) – Do not yet have a final
        2. Sculpture class – No FT faculty to write Replacement for FT position not approved. Julie Hughes will reach out to the Sculpture instructors.
