Approval of minutes
The minutes of March 27, 2023 were approved without changes.
Year of the Rabbit project follow up
A report on the progress of the rabbit project was given. The forms needed for installing the rabbits at the locations on campus have been submitted. We are currently waiting for an installation date. The larger rabbits have been delivered to the artists, and a second delivery of the smaller rabbits is expected.
Project request form follow up
The committee worked on the project request form. Whether to include a digital medium selection prompted discussion. The form will be finalized at the next meeting.
Budget request
The committee drafted a proposed budget. Several questions came up in the discussion. The responses will be researched and the budget brought back for adoption at the next meeting.
