Approval of minutes
The minutes of April 24, 2023 were approved without changes.
Year of the Rabbit project update
A report on the progress of the rabbit project was given. A final delivery of the smaller rabbits is expected. One rabbit has been completed by the artist. An installation date has not been set, but will occur once the rabbits are done.
Project request form finalization
The committee finalized and approved the project request form. The relevant committee members will work on having the form posted.
Budget request finalization
The committee finalized and approved a proposed annual budget.
Annual Governance Survey
The committee drafted responses to the annual governance survey.
Next meeting: October 9
The committee discussed the next meeting time. It was decided to cancel the June 26 meeting and hold the next meeting on October 9.
