    Approval of Notes

    Amendment to the notes of October 3, 2017 - to clarify faculty FTEF transfer process.


    Review of Funding Source Guidelines

    The team reviewed Coleen Lee-Wheat’s “Funding Source Guidelines” worksheet. They made amendments to clarify guidelines for uses of funds: Equity, Lottery, Instructional Equipment, Strong Workforce (Regional and Local), and Perkins (if available).

    The members agreed to have two separate forms: one for CTE programs and another one for the rest of the instructional programs.

    Espinosa-Pieb & Lee-Wheat will revise the “Funding Source Guidelines” document and will bring to the next IPBT meeting for approval. The document will be available on IPBT website for deans and department chairs to utilize.
