    There were no amendments to the agenda or the notes.


    Review & Finalize Goals for 2017-18

    Individual committees have been formed to work on each area and present to SSPBT:

    Integrated Plans: Mieso, Doan
    Accreditation, Self-Study, Enrollment Budget Update – Booye, Cook, Shively
    Pathways & Promises – White-Daniels, Burgos
    Communication – Robles, Avila
    Title IX – Cook, LeBleu-Burns

    Cook would like the committees to meet and present information regarding their goal at an extra meeting scheduled on November 30th.

    The Pathways & Promises goal will be outlined further to encompass all of the programs.


    Resource Requests

    Cook reviewed the process for resource requests and asked if anyone had any questions. The timeline still needs to be developed but it will be based on the program reviews. The IPBT timeline and form still needs to be confirmed as well.


    Review Programs and Services Criteria

    The criteria to review programs and services for the upcoming budget is available for review.


     Title IX Co-Coordinator Role

    The Title IX Co-Coordinators receive training and work on Title IX cases involving students. Cook would like a Co-Coordinator to assist with communications to the rest of the campus.


    Updates

     Cook received positive feedback about Transfer Day that was held on Thursday, October 26th

    • There were college representatives from all over the US and one college had an EOPS representative for students.

     Ward reported on Admissions & Records:

    • November starts priority registration
    • Registration schedule went up on Wednesday, Nov. 1st

     Burgos reported on Mellon Scholars:

    • Students will be going on a field trip to the University of San Francisco on Nov. 11th
    • Working with other cohorts to combine trips to colleges during the year.

     Michele reported on DASB:

    • They will be having a special election from November 13-16th to re-authorize the increase in price for the Eco pass.
