La Raza Heritage Month
It’s La Raza Heritage Month – which runs from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15. In celebration, there are a variety of events for students, faculty and staff to
attend as part of the Raza Heritage Month Planning Committee’s "This Is for La Raza!" programming.
The series – which includes a karaoke event, Indigenous People’s Day Panel and more – is co-sponsored by the De Anza Latinx Association, Sociology Department, Rising Scholars, Men of Color, Euphrat Museum of Art, and the Multicultural Center, Office of Equity, and DASG. Please RSVP in advance and contact Adriana Garcia at garciaadriana@deanza.edu for more information or special accommodations.
Campus Parking Fees Waived
Under a temporary policy, parking is free and permits are not required for the 2023-24 academic year. Students should continue to park only in spaces designated for students. Visit the Parking Information website to learn more.
