Reminder–One-Question Survey on COVID Vaccination Requirement
Dear Student,
If you haven't already completed this one-question survey, we'd still like to get your input on the COVID-19 vaccination requirement that's currently in place for students and employees who come to De Anza’s campus in person.
Please complete the survey no later than noon tomorrow – Thursday, Feb. 23.
Results will be considered by the Foothill-De Anza Community College District Chancellor’s Advisory Council and the Board of Trustees as they decide whether the district should keep the current requirement or end the requirement as of April 10, when classes begin for spring quarter.
