Course Description

The study of polynomial, rational, exponential /logarithmic and absolute value functions and their graphs.  Solving rational, exponential/logarithmic and absolute value equations and inequalities. Applying the various functions previously listed to real world applications. An introduction to conic sections with new language and techniques for writing relations in the Cartesian coordinate system conductive graphing and solving problems.  An introduction to mathematical logic as it naturally occurs in different topics listed.
