At the Table Talks event, you'll be able to engage with industry professionals, including
- Doron Noyman, vice president of Business Development and Community Relations at KeyPoint Credit Union
- Senior managers and representatives from the Silicon Valley Central Chamber of Commerce, Cupertino Chamber of Commerce and SCORE Silicon Valley
- Plus experts in banking, finance, science, executive leadership, nonprofits, venture capital and more!
We’ll begin with a short talk on how to take the anxiety out of networking, followed by roundtable sessions where you can rotate between tables hosted by our guest professionals.
We’ll supply conversation tools, ice-breaker prompts and sample questions so you can hone your skills in a low-stakes setting. You can ask about career paths, startup ideas or industry trends – while building lasting relationships that could guide your next move.

2:10-2:35 p.m. – Featured Talk: The Art of Networking with Doron Noyman
In this practical and encouraging session, Doron Noyman will share how to take the anxiety and awkwardness out of networking. His talk offers straightforward tips on how to start conversations, build authentic connections, and feel more confident in professional settings. You’ll walk away with tools you can use right away and throughout your career.

Featured Speaker: Doron Noyman
Doron Noyman is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in customer-focused
organizations and the financial services industry. He currently serves as vice president
of Business Development and Community Relations at KeyPoint Credit Union, where he
leads initiatives that bring financial education and solutions to both members and
the broader community, reflecting the credit union’s philosophy of “People Helping
People.” His earlier leadership roles include positions at CarMax and Wells Fargo
Bank.
Doron has served on several nonprofit boards, including as chair of the Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce and Convention-Visitors Bureau, now known as the Silicon Valley Central Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the advisory board for the Center for Banking and Financial Services at San José State University and is vice chair of the board for the Sunday Friends Foundation.
As a speaker and mentor, Doron has taught thousands of adults and young people practical financial skills and life strategies to support their personal and professional growth. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics with a concentration in money and banking from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently completing his graduate studies in law at the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law.
