Use the AAP Help Desk for a Quick Question

You can use the AAP Help Desk to send us a question. Here's how:
1. First, click the yellow bar that says Log In to AAP Help Desk.
2. Once you have logged in, click Ask a Question.
3. From the drop-down menu select a question.
4. Type in any details that will help us understand your situation, and then click Submit.

Have a quick online chat with a member of the Academic Awareness team – no appointment needed – during the hours listed below.

Click the yellow bar that says "Drop In Via Zoom" to log in for a 10-15 minute online session during these hours
- Mondays: 11 a.m. to noon
  (No drop-in hours on Monday, April 8)
- Tuesdays: 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
- Thursdays: 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Fridays: 10-11 a.m.

- If your last name begins with A–L, your Academic Awareness counselor is Phong Lam
- If your last name begins with M–Z, your Academic Awareness counselor is Glynn Wallis
