Closing Reception: Not Your Masi's Generation

Join us for a reception to mark the closing of the multimedia exhibition, “Not Your Masi’s Generation,” featuring work by the artist, poet and educator Asha Sudra.
The exhibition will be hosted by the California History Center from April 24-May 26, in collaboration with the Asian Pacific American Staff Association (APASA), the Language Arts Division and the Pride Center. Exhibit hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The closing reception will be held on Wednesday, May 25, from 5-7 p.m. at the California History Center.
A child of the East African Desi diaspora, Asha self-identifies as queer and disabled and strives to use art to create radical change.
