    Grey and Varela sent apologies as they were unable to attend due to the ACBO Spring conference. Mahato was acting co-chair for this meeting.

    Approval of Notes from April 20, 2021
    The notes were approved with an amended to the Program Review and AUO update section as follows:  Note added 05/18/202: Only Grey met with Acevedo Avila. Another meeting will be scheduled for a meeting with all Administrative Services managers. 

    Bookstore Update
    Kasprow and Gore shared that the results of the PFP would be presented at the June Board of Trustees meeting.

    ACCJC Midterm Report

    Newell teaches at the time of the APBT meeting and thus was not able to attend. The team reviewed the midterm report. Feedback should be given to Newell by June 9, 2021. An invitation was extended to the APBT members to attend the IPBT meeting on June 8, 2021 to hear Mallory Newell's presentation of this item http://www.deanza.edu/gov/ipbt/meetings/

    Annual Governance Reflection Survey & Governance Handbook Updates
    The team reviewed last year's reflection responses and governance handbook entries. The team worked on a shared reflection questions document. The document and handbook updates would be finalized at the June 8, 2021 meeting.

    College Council 5/13/2021:

     
    Campus Facilites are meeting next week.

    DASG made an excellent presentation of the DASB 2021/2022 budget to the Board of Trustees at the May 3, 2021 meeting. They have also updated the election code and the equity and diversity code. They are updating the rubric for DASG sholarships. They are planning a townhall. Governance group reps for 2021/22 have not been determined as yet.
