    		 Grey went to College Council on 06/10/2021 to propose setting up a budget task force noting the need to educate the college community so campus can allocate resources based on funding for student success. The PBTs currently make decisions within their area.

    Review/amend/approve the proposed College Council task force membership

    		 Approved | It is important to include all campus wide perspectives when talking about resource allocations hence the proposed membership model of inviting a representative from each constituent group to participate on the task force. Parity of membership is important.

    Decide on future meeting schedule

    		 Proposal to have meetings every other week on Tuesdays 3-4 p.m. for one hour.

    		 Discussion | Members to review and bring feedback to next meeting. Some decisions need to be made quickly. Clearing house for budget information. Include the budget decision making time frame. Unfunded positions, ongoing money, SRP, lottery, instructional materials, SWF, etc. Shared governance task force still pending and is including a place for the budget task force.
