    James Capurso welcomed everyone back to the second ever meeting!

    POCR Introduction

    Cheryl Chapman presented on the Peer Online Course Review (POCR) process for De Anza college and included information about POCR from the state level. De Anza is looking to build a review team as well. Here is the PowerPoint presented


    Online and Hybrid Form Approval Process

    Gaby shared updates on integrating the COOL team into eLumen and giving them access to see the reports. The COOL team will be taking the place of the AVPI step in the curriculum work flow. More to come once the team has access. 


    Accreditation Interview

    The accreditation team is looking for members of the campus' online groups to participate in interviews. Gaby asked for volunteers. Questions were asked about the date and time. Interviews are stated to take place on 10/1 and 10/2 with the exact time unconfirmed. More information will be provided once the date gets closer. 


    OAT Volunteers

    The Online Advisory Team (OAT) is having its first meeting in June and we are looking for some volunteers from COOL to join.


    J1 Evaluation Announcement

    As part of the J1 process, additional support for instructors teaching online or hybrid is being included by advising faculty to meet with the Online Ed team before and/or after their evaluation.
