Cross Cultural Partner Program Helps ESL Students Succeed
CCP Group Picture Fall 2008

Cross Cultural Partners (CCP) seeks to promote cross cultural friendships and improve English language communication between De Anza College students from English as a Second Language (ESL) and non-ESL classes, thus enhancing understanding and appreciation for cultural diversity in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.

Events for Winter 2012:

  • Application online closed for 1 week [Sun. 01/29/2012]

    Since CCP reached its cap of 150 early, the application process was turned off on Friday, January 27th. Thanks to all who applied to CCP this quarter!
  • Partner Notification Begins [Fri. 02/03/2012]

    Partners will be notified and the online system will be turned back on. Partners will be able to view their partner information from their CCP Dashboard.
  • First Get Together [Thur. 02/09/2012 @ 11:30 AM]
    @ Location: California History Center Length: 1.5 hours.
    This is for all current participants. Come learn how to get the most from your partnerships! Attendance highly recommended, especially if you are a first-time participant. The CHC is located between the Library and the New Mediated Learning Center (under construction) in the west end of the campus. We will be in the Exhibit Hall. Cookies and munchies provided. Be sure to let us know if you are coming by Feb. 4th by emailing deanzaccp@yahoo.com
