CCP Calendar Fall 2008

Sept. 15 to Sept. 30
Instructors should contact us at ccpartners@deanza.edu with their intent to participate. We'll send them instructions on how to enter their names and course info on our system. This is important because students will need to select their instructors and course info when they apply.

Sept. 29 to Oct. 8
Classroom visits by appointment. Instructors should e-mail ccpartners@deanza.edu to request a time for a member of the CCP Team to visit and talk to students for 5 to 10 minutes.

Sept. 24 to Oct. 10
Students should apply on-line. We are limiting our number of applicants, so do not wait until the last minute if you are serious about being in the program. If you have questions or concerns, e-mail us or go to the CCP office in AT304 before the deadline.

Oct. 8 to Oct. 22

Wed., Oct. 15 RSVP for 1st CCP Get-together
Sign-up in AT304, with your instructor or e-mail ccpartners@deanza.edu.

Wednesday, Oct. 22 - 12:30 - 2:30 PM -Tentative Date and Time (TBD by Sept. 15)
First CCP Get-together - Tips and Strategies for Success - Learn how to have a great partnership and get ideas for meetings. Attendance optional, but highly recommended! Light refreshments.

Fri., Oct. 17 - Begin Partner Notification by e-mail or via instructors

Oct. 20 to Dec 3
Students meet one-on-one at least five times as soon as they get their partner info. Check the Meeting Log FAQ's for instructions. Instructors can view Meeting Logs to verify participation.

Wed., Nov. 12 Students: RSVP for final CCP Get-together
Sign-up in AT304, with your instructor or e-mail us with subject line: RSVP Final Get-together.
