Accreditation

The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges approved De Anza College's Midterm Report in January 2009.  The approval requires a Follow-up Report in Fall 2009 that shows evidence of progress on the Student Learning Outcomes recommendation.

The Commission indicated that De Anza "needs to accelerate its efforts to fully address the recommendation."  Download a copy of the letter that outlines the requirements for the Follow-up Report.
