Email and Faculty Portal Access
Email/Portal User Name and Password
- Get your email and portal user name and password at http://ets.fhda.edu/call_center/username.
Note: Your email login user name and password
is currently the same for your My De Anza Faculty Portal user name and
password.

My De Anza Portal for Faculty
The Web-based My De Anza Portal provides several functions that you'll need to manage the Admissions and Records aspects of your classes.
Reasons to Use the Portal
- Print up-to-date class rosters, including first day
- Drop students before deadlines
- Provide class census by third week (if you don't have any drops,
you will need to email Admissions and Records confirming no drops)
- Submit grades
- Send emails with attachments to students
Log In to My De Anza Faculty Portal
Go to http://portal.deanza.edu/ and type in your user name and password that you use for your De Anza (FHDA) email.
NOTE: Adobe Flash Player 10 is required to use some of the faculty functions in the portal.
If you do not have it already loaded on your computer, go to www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ to download the software to your computer.
