Grads: Share Your Messages and Photos!

We're planning a special virtual graduation event on Friday, June 26, and we want to include YOU!

If you’re graduating this year, we invite you to submit a brief message of thanks, appreciation or inspiration – and, if you wish, a photo of yourself for inclusion in the online grad presentation.

If you’d like to submit a short video of yourself, up to 10 seconds long, we may be able to use some of it in our special commemorative video. (After you submit this form, you will see instructions for uploading a video if you wish.)

  • Your message should be no more than 150 characters, including spaces.
    (It will be included with your photo in a graduation slideshow, and may be excerpted in our graduation video.) Please double-check your spelling!
  • Your photo should be at least 500 KB in size
    (If the photo was taken with a phone, you should submit in the largest size available)
  • You'll be able to attach your photo for uploading after you sign and submit the form below.
  • You must submit this form and attachments no later than Thursday, June 11.

By submitting this form, you agree that De Anza College may use your name, photo and message in informational or promotional materials. (We reserve the right to edit or reject any offensive content.)
