Newsworthy For a Reason- Innovative Programs for Students!
The EM & BS program has been featured in op-ed articles and interviews in national publications. EM & BS is leveraging the State's Strong Workforce Initiative to help develop the California Community College's Facility Management Talent Pipeline- a structured plan to provide over 10,000 future Facility Management employees from over 20 California Community Colleges in the next five years.The De Anza EM & BS program is growing and will continue to grow as a result of resource support from the State Chancellor's office.
Additionally, the International Facility Management Association's IFMA) Global Workforce Initiative chose the De Anza Energy Management and Business Science program for their inaugural launch of the Essentials of Facility Management (EOFM) class and Internship program in April 2016.
