Truth in Action: The Reality of Climate Change
Thank you to everyone who attended this Nov. 20 presentation and panel discussion on one of
the most pressing problems affecting our planet.
More than 200 students came to the Campus Center to hear speakers from a broad range of organizations and expertise.
The event was hosted by the Environmental Studies/Environmental Sciences Department and the Biological, Health and Environmental Sciences Division at De Anza. It was
held in partnership with the Santa Clara County chapter of the Climate Reality Project, a national organization founded by former Vice President Al Gore.
The Climate Reality Project has pledged that its partners will plant a tree on behalf of each person who attended!
