This page is for students majoring in either or both of our AS Degree Programs. PLEASE BOOKMARK THIS PAGE! Come back regularly for updates.

Certificates and Degrees awarded are key performance indicators for our program. They are the lifeblood of our program. They provide us funding and other resources we need to help make you successful. Each SPRING Quarter, we ask students to complete their certificate and degree paperwork. Even if you are still working toward your AS Degree and won't have it completed by the end of the SPRING 2021 Quarter, we ask you to apply for your Certificates of Achievement NOW. PLEASE MAKE NOTE:

1) There are separate forms for the Certificates and Degree

2) If you earned your COA and COA-A, you will need to fill out two separate forms for EACH of them.

3) The AS Degree has an entirely different form to fill out. Please note the differences listed.
