    • Alex Giardino was approved to take the place of Michele Dubarry on Felisa Velaubi’s tenure committee. 
    • Macro Marquez was approved to take the place of Moto Ohtake on Julie Hughes tenure committee. 
    • Carol Cini and Hyon Chui Baker submitted to be on the administrative Planning and Budget. Carol Cini was approved to be appointed the position due to majority vote of the Academic Senate.

      • Karen shared correspondence explaining the changes that have been made since the last discussion. Recommendation to the committee from Karen to approve.
      • Rob motioned to approve, Mary D seconded.
        • 17 in favor, no oppositions, 3 abstentions- passed.

      • DIscussion for clarification on the FW and F logistics and reasoning. If FW policy exists it would alleviate a burden on Financial Aid. Having the policy allows for Financial Aid to run a report to assist with federal audits.

    Equity Plan, Vision For Success, and Guided Pathways Spring 2019 Timeline
    • Discussion around the timeline and requirements among the committee. 
    • Guided Pathways self-assessment- reference Karen’s email to the committee dated   at 10:52 PM titled “Seeking Participation in DAC Guided Pathways Assessment to State Chancellor's Office.”
    • Karen announced that Lorrie Ranck is working on drafting a Call to faculty for Guided Pathway leader.
